




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to plan, execute, and control the Annual Maintenance Plan, manage resources, and coordinate with clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the planning and execution of the Annual Maintenance Plan. 2. Prepare and submit monthly management indicators and technical reports. 3. Ensure compliance with safety standards in all operations. A gastronomic-sector service company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join its team. Our offices are located in Surco. Main Responsibilities: Manage the planning, execution, and control of our clients' Annual Maintenance Plan, ensuring achievement of objectives, proper resource management, and effective coordination with clients and suppliers. Prepare and submit monthly management indicators Develop technical reports Manage purchase orders Prepare work plans and manage access permits to our clients' facilities Ensure compliance with safety standards in all operations Requirements: Technical or university degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial, or related fields Experience in maintenance service coordination (preferred) Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Inclusion in SME payroll. -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 30 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible, coordinator, manager, captain, operations, operations
