Position Summary: We are seeking a Printer Support Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair printing equipment, provide technical support, and document incidents in a university environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and resolution of faults in printers of various brands and models. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and computer equipment. 3. User and audiovisual equipment support, assistance in technological implementation. At UTEC \- Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, we are looking for a **Printer Support Technician** **What will be your challenges?** * Diagnose and resolve faults in printers of various brands and models, ensuring optimal operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of printers, identifying improvement opportunities to reduce incidents and downtime. * Disassemble, assemble, and repair printing equipment as needed. * Configure and administer printing software, ensuring proper integration of equipment with the university's technological infrastructure. * Provide technical support to internal users on printing and technological equipment-related topics. * Perform basic maintenance of computers and other computer equipment.
