Opportunity for professional development in a positive work environment. We are seeking a Cleaning Coordinator for a prominent organization in Lima. Location: La Molina. Work Mode: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; Saturdays, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (Schedule may rotate or change later based on service requirements). · Job Mission Coordinate and supervise cleaning, hygiene, and order activities across facilities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as proper use of supplies, equipment, and assigned personnel. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities in offices, common areas, and restrooms. Monitor usage and replenishment of cleaning supplies and materials. Supervise proper segregation and disposal of waste. Coordinate the use and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.). Identify and report damages to facilities or furniture. Verify proper organization and storage of tools and materials. Coordinate cleaning services for institutional events or extraordinary situations. Supervise specialized cleaning tasks (glass, special surfaces, high-risk areas). Train staff on cleaning and security procedures. Requirements Completed secondary education (technical studies—completed or incomplete—are desirable). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cleaning Coordinator or in general services. Experience supervising or coordinating cleaning staff. Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment handling.
