On behalf of our prestigious client in the optical laboratory sector, we are currently searching for the following profile: Method Validation Supervisor Location: Surquillo Permanent Employment Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Requirements Bachelor's degree and licensed professional in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in this role. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab), method development in the pharmaceutical industry, and method validation (including impurity quantification). Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices). Intermediate English proficiency. Valid health certificate. Key Responsibilities Develop validation and verification programs for analytical techniques. Develop protocols for the validation and verification of analytical methods. Evaluate results and prepare technical reports. Coordinate the development of new analytical techniques. Manage resources required for method validation and verification. Train and provide technical support to involved personnel. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of analytical processes. Competencies Leadership and team management. Proactivity.
