Process Analyst

Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead process optimization and digital transformation projects, designing and implementing technological and analytical solutions for managerial decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of process optimization and digital transformation projects. 2. Design and implementation of Low-Code/No-Code solutions. 3. Advanced data modeling and expertise in Power BI. Minimum 2–4 years of experience leading process optimization, business reengineering, digital transformation, or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or agile methodologies) projects. Proven experience facilitating multidisciplinary working sessions and co-design workshops with department heads and managers to unblock critical cross-functional workflows. Demonstrable track record in designing and implementing low-code (Low-Code/No-Code) technological solutions that delivered measurable improvements in cycle times or costs. Experience across the full data modeling lifecycle: from extraction, transformation, and cleansing (Power Query) to the design of KPIs and advanced control dashboards (Power BI) for managerial decision-making. Expert-level proficiency in BPMN 2.0 standard and process simulation/architecture tools (Bizagi, Visio, Enterprise Architect). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop for basic RPA), Microsoft Power Apps (desirable), SharePoint Advanced, and relational structures in Microsoft Dataverse. Advanced Power BI skills (DAX language, data modeling, Power Query) to structure management and business impact indicators. Solid understanding of ERP system architecture (e.g., SAP), CRM, or other enterprise core systems to ensure automations natively interface with organizational databases.
