




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Assistant to maintain equipment, assist users, and manage the technological infrastructure of a multi-sport club. Hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT An exclusive multi-sport club is looking for a top-tier professional to fill the position of Technical Support Assistant with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: - Technical or Higher Education degree in Computing, Informatics, Systems, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. - Assembly and maintenance of desktops and laptops. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Networking knowledge: Router and switch configuration, wireless networks (WIFI), VPN, network cable crimping and testing. - Installation and configuration of operating systems and base software. - Basic knowledge of surveillance cameras (installation and configuration). - Inclusive position. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan for the club's computing equipment and printers across all locations. - Assist in purchasing new computing and networking equipment upon request from the Senior Systems Supervisor. Also manage warranty claims with suppliers for the club's computing equipment, arranging replacements or repairs. - Daily handling of user requests and incidents regarding connectivity, computer systems, peripherals, and network services; install and configure base software on computing equipment. - Manage user accounts in Active Directory (creation, blocking, unblocking, password resets, and permission assignments). - Receive, log, and track incidents and requests via the Helpdesk system, meeting established SLAs. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, access control systems, etc.). - Conduct inspections in the Data Center to ensure equipment remains in good condition. - Properly manage the club's technology asset inventory. - Perform structured cabling installations. - Execute backups (data backups) for emails, computers, and servers. - Report and follow up with Communication Service Providers (internet, email, and website) when operational issues arise. - Identify and resolve network issues such as intermittent connectivity, slow network speed, or packet loss using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques. - Administer user network access, including access policy configuration, permission assignment, and resolution of authentication and authorization issues. - Maintain accurate records of problems and implemented solutions.
