What will be your challenge? - Support the recruitment area according to various requested activities. - Coordinate with candidates to complete the documents required on the employment portal for their entry into Overall. - Track onboarding and offboarding loads in Tregistro (Sunat) and certificates in the Integrated System. - Actively participate in the implementation, adaptation, improvement, and effectiveness of the company’s management system. What do you need to assume this position? - Graduate or degree holder in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. - 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources with experience in Tregistro declarations. - Proficiency in MS Office, Intermediate Excel.
