




Job Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide virtual support in resolving incidents and assisting with the sales system. Key Highlights: 1. Help desk support experience 2. Excellent opportunity in the pharmaceutical sector On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for: (1) Help Desk Analyst – TEMPORARY – LA VICTORIA What are we looking for? Technical or university graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. 1 year of experience in help desk support Knowledge of BDA or BDA queries Basic knowledge of networks Familiarity with a ticketing tool What will you do? Resolve incidents reported by sales points Filter incidents reported to the development team Support sales points in operating the sales system. There is no face-to-face interaction with users; all support is provided virtually. · What do we offer? Payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits for the duration of the project Salary: S/. 1300 per month. Remote work (with availability for on-site work as required). The first two weeks will be in-person training at the office (La Victoria), Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; thereafter, remote operations. Schedule: Rotating – Monday to Sunday (time range: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. / 48 hours per week / 1 day off during the week) Laptop provided by the consulting firm. Availability to work on holidays (compensated according to law).
