Position Summary: Supports and actively participates in the IMS area, ensuring process continuity and the development of improvement projects in a specialized clinical laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. CYTOMETRIC BIOSERVICES is a specialized clinical laboratory offering immunophenotyping services by Flow Cytometry, with over 15 years of experience in this field. It holds ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 certifications and is seeking qualified personnel to continue growing and improving continuously through process optimization and effective project management. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Support and actively participate in the IMS area, ensuring process continuity and the development of improvement projects. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in documenting policies, procedures, and forms. * Perform data cleaning, processing, and analysis for IMS indicators. * Develop, execute, and analyze assigned statistical reports. * Administer and maintain the Kárdex Application. * Develop and optimize automations for internal processes. * Actively participate in internal and external audits. * Propose and implement digital tools-based improvement opportunities. * Report any suspicion of bribery acts to the Compliance Officer, as well as any suspicion of information security management system (ISMS) vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer. **POSITION PROFILE** * **Education:** Graduate or final-year student of Industrial Engineering. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** ISO Management Systems, Advanced Excel, Applied Statistics, Intermediate Power Apps, Intermediate Power Automate, Basic RStudio, Intermediate English. * **Desirable Knowledge:** ISO 9001, ISO 37001, ISO 27001 standards; Data Analytics tools, Power BI. * **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in similar roles.
