Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and solution-oriented professional to build business solutions using AI, automate processes, and collaborate within a rapidly expanding e-commerce ecosystem. We operate three brands: \-Unaluka Global: Cross\-border e\-commerce for globally trending products, available in stock or on order. \- Aztra: An aspirational brand focused on personal care and lifestyle jewelry in LATAM. We are a continuously expanding company with a startup culture, creative focus, and a high-performance team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Build with AI: Create solutions, agents, workflows, and skills that address business needs—from idea to production-ready functional prototype. * Vibe\-code: Assemble simple web components and pages using AI (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, v0, etc.), integrating APIs and tools. * Automate daily tasks: Connect AI with operational tools (catalog, ERP, courier, customer support, spreadsheets) using no\-code/low\-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and basic coding. * Design prompts and agents: Write, test, and version prompts, agents, and skills; select the appropriate model (Claude, OpenAI, open\-source) based on the problem and cost. * Measure and improve: Test solutions and refine them for quality, cost, and speed—rapidly iterating on what works. * Collaborate with business teams: Understand each department’s needs and propose simple solutions, documenting all built assets so the team can use and maintain them. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic background is not mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of daily hands-on experience with AI tools. * Minimum 1 year working with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). * Preferred industries: E\-commerce / Retail / Technology / Startups (desirable). * Basic programming: familiarity with web components (HTML/CSS and some JavaScript). Senior-level programming expertise is not required. * Experience building real apps or prototypes using AI (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, v0, Replit, etc.). * Knowledge of AI models. * Familiarity with cloud, APIs, and data concepts. * Immediate availability. SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 08:00 am \- 05:30 pm (Hybrid mode) * Located in Miraflores Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
