Job Summary: We are seeking professionals for IP telephony equipment installation, monitoring, support, and maintenance, with ongoing training. Key Highlights: 1. Target Candidates: \- Degrees in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Job Responsibilities: \- Perform installations of IP telephony equipment and systems. \- Monitor network/IT projects. \- Prepare and submit documentation (e.g., reports, manuals) regarding performed installations. \- Provide post-sales support for IP telephony equipment. \- Perform maintenance on IP telephony equipment. \- Deliver basic training on completed work. \- Ticket control, tracking, escalation, and response handling. \- Experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP protocol and Asterisk-based PBXs. (Desirable) NOTE: We will provide training on procedures, policies, and corporate culture as part of the onboarding process.
