If your strength lies in overseeing the comprehensive administration of construction projects, efficiently managing financial, logistical, and labor aspects under the civil construction regime, this is your opportunity. **Position Challenges** * Implement and optimize administrative procedures to ensure efficient management of ongoing construction projects. * Control accounting, treasury, and logistics processes, guaranteeing proper project development. * Supervise on-site personnel administration, promoting team efficiency and satisfaction. * Coordinate the contracting of security services to protect company assets. * Lead negotiations and direct dealings with civil construction unions, strengthening optimal labor relations. * Ensure compliance with wage scales, benefits, and guidelines specific to the regime. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. * Specialization in Construction Administration, Finance, or Logistics (minimum 1 year). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, finance, and logistics within construction-sector companies. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial positions. * Proven experience managing the civil construction labor regime *(mandatory)*. * Experience in negotiation and direct dealings with unions *(mandatory)*. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * ERP system experience for construction project management. **Work Location** * Construction Site Office: 60% * Administrative Office: 40% * Location: Lima **Benefits** * 100% Health Insurance (EPS). * 100% Oncological Insurance Policy. * Free-day voucher booklet. * Summer working hours.
