Requirements: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in mining, construction, or industrial sectors. Knowledge of recruitment processes, assessment application, and interview techniques. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability to work onsite in the Villa El Salvador district. · Responsibilities: Conduct job postings according to position profiles across recruitment channels. Execute personnel attraction processes. Execute personnel onboarding processes according to each client's procedures. Execute candidate selection processes, including resume screening, assessments, and selection interviews.
