Job Objective Ensure order, cleanliness, preservation, and basic operational functionality of the plant by performing general cleaning and minor infrastructure maintenance tasks, in order to maintain appropriate working conditions, safety, and facility appearance. Main Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning of plant areas, warehouses, offices, restrooms, courtyards, and common areas. * Maintain order and proper placement of materials, waste, and cleaning supplies. * Carry out basic maintenance tasks for premises and infrastructure. * Replace light bulbs, perform minor adjustments, patching, basic painting, and small repairs. * Support basic plumbing, basic electrical work, and non-specialized preventive maintenance. * Periodically inspect doors, windows, locks, restrooms, sinks, floors, shelves, and common areas. * Report damages, malfunctions, or requirements for major maintenance to the immediate supervisor. * Assist with procurement and basic control of cleaning supplies and tools. * Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness procedures within the plant. * Provide operational support for general plant activities as required. Required ProfileEducation * Completed secondary education. * Technical training or basic courses in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or general services are desirable. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving industrial cleaning, general services, or basic plant maintenance in warehouses, workshops, or factories. Desirable Knowledge * Industrial cleaning and proper use of cleaning supplies. * Basic painting and patching. * Basic plumbing. * Basic electricity. * Use of hand tools. * Good practices for order, cleanliness, and safety in industrial facilities.
