Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Metalworking Assembler Operator with expertise in assembling metal structures, interpreting engineering drawings, and coordinating teams, with a strong focus on quality and safety. A metalworking company is currently seeking a METALWORKING ASSEMBLER OPERATOR who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metalworking sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel as required by projects * Must reside in areas adjacent to Ate District (Mandatory) **Working Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary * MYPE payroll regime (50% of statutory benefits) * Availability to work in Ate District Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute tasks according to structural drawings. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Perform dimensional control checks and release assembled components for welding processes. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site assignments when required.
