Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Sales Advisor who enjoys interacting with customers to identify needs, offer customized solutions, and manage the full sales cycle in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). We are looking for a Sales Advisor! **Are you passionate about sales and customer interaction?** Join Olecrammi, a HORECA-sector company (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) with over 15 years of experience delivering quality solutions and equipment to our clients. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in technical or industrial sectors). * Basic Excel skills and experience using sales CRM systems. * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and digital channels (Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, email, etc.). * Availability for on-site work in Santa Anita. **Responsibilities:** * Contact and serve potential HORECA-sector customers. * Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions. * Prepare and send quotations, follow up, and close sales. * Update the CRM and coordinate with logistics, billing, and technical support teams. * Achieve sales targets and participate in commercial campaigns. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training and career development opportunities. * Participation in industry fairs and events. * Excellent working environment. **Location:** Santa Anita **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Salary:** S/ 1200 \+ commissions ranging from S/ 400 to S/ 1000 based on performance.
