Workflow: One weekly joint outdoor filming session, where the entire team interacts and films directly alongside the personal brand figure. Commission-based compensation model, starting at a baseline projection of S/ 2,250 per month per partner, scalable if content gains traction. **Requirements:** The Videographer / Content Creator must submit 5 weekly content ideas, execute joint filming with the brand, and edit their respective content segment. The applicant must provide basic technical equipment (iPhone, gimbal, drone, etc). **Profile:** Creative, proactive, self-motivated, personable, marketing knowledge (preferred), experience creating content for personal brands or business\-money niches (preferred).
