Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to ensure regulatory and process compliance in the construction field, leading the commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment **What We Are Looking For:** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes outlined in the established Construction Manual. **Requirements** * Degree holder / Licensed Professional in Mechanical\-Electrical Engineering, with specialization in HVAC and Fire Protection Systems (NFPA standards), and experience in Electromechanical Construction Supervision and Resident Engineering. * Training: AutoCAD, Revit MEP for BIM environments and Navisworks, Power Distribution Systems, Electrical Panels, and proficiency in the National Electrical Code (CNE). * Minimum 8 years of experience as Electromechanical Supervisor, MEP Supervisor, or Electrical/Mechanical Inspection Engineer. * Supervised Projects: Substations and Electrical Infrastructure, Heavy Lifting Equipment Installation, and Building Installations (Vertical Transportation). **Responsibilities** * Lead commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems. * Conduct on\-site review of electromechanical, sanitary, and security installation drawings. * Quality control during mechanical installation and close coordination with the SSOMA department. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the project supervision and management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal employment with social benefits (MYPE regime). * The chance to contribute to the safety and well\-being of our workforce, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
