Job Description:
Toll Administration Supervisor
We seek to strengthen our operational management with a **Toll Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring the comprehensive operability of our toll collection units, weigh stations, and mandatory services, in compliance with internal policies and current regulatory frameworks.
Job Objective
Coordinate and oversee the efficient operation of toll collection and weighing activities, ensuring proper management of resources, revenue collection, infrastructure, and mandatory services, with a focus on transparency, regulatory compliance, and user service quality.
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise toll collection and weigh station operations (personnel, logistics, equipment, systems).
* Ensure proper handling of funds and recordkeeping in revenue collection systems.
* Coordinate shift scheduling, job role assignments, and change fund management.
* Train and provide feedback to operational staff to improve performance and service.
* Prepare supervision reports, compliance indicators, and operational findings.
* Support OSITRAN and external audits, ensuring audit-ready documentation and processes.
* Identify risks and propose alternatives to maintain operational continuity.
* Coordinate with tow truck providers, mechanical assistance, ambulance services, and external entities.
* Foster trust-based relationships with customers, users, and third parties, ensuring respect and service quality.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating operations with personnel under supervision (preferably in concessions, supermarkets, gas stations, etc.).
* Willingness to relocate and reside in the province of CAMANA \- AREQUIPA.
* Knowledge of regulations issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), OSITRAN, and the Public Procurement Law (desirable).
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and toll collection software.
* Key competencies: judgment and decision-making, results orientation, effective communication, customer service, conflict management, and negotiation.
