As a company committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage all professionals who meet the job description requirements to apply.** **Key Information:** Team: Engineering and Construction Location: Lima, Peru Experience Level: 5 to 8 years Work Type: On-site **Main Responsibilities:** * Closely manage engineering throughout the various project development phases, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, and contractually established milestones in the schedule; communicate and implement solutions for any deviations. * Manage engineering development contractors, optimizing resources to deliver the project portfolio. * Control and supervise technical coordination of the project, as well as compliance with applicable technical specifications. * Ensure application of Peruvian National Standards and Repsol’s design, construction, and SCMA specifications during the design phase. * Coordinate engineering activities with both the Process Area and Construction, managing review of engineering deliverables, as well as supervising arrival of documentation, equipment, and materials at the warehouse to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Participate in investment project proposals, developing their technical specifications and investment estimates in collaboration with the Process Area. * Ensure that technical documentation associated with assigned projects is up-to-date and properly integrated into IT systems and document management. * Manage project capitalization and closure. * Manage authorization procedures, permits, and licenses required for project execution. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Health insurance (EPS) * Continuous training * Growth opportunities **You Will Fit This Role If You Have:** * Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Chemical Engineer with 5 to 8 years of professional experience. * Experience in similar positions within hydrocarbons or energy sectors. * Project Management (PMBOK). * Knowledge of Peruvian National Design and Construction Standards. * Knowledge of refining processes, storage tanks per API 650 and API 620, spheres and pressure vessels per ASME Section VIII and IX, basic electricity, and basic instrumentation and control.
