We are looking for a dynamic spinning instructor to teach several classes per week. As an instructor, you will be responsible for planning engaging lessons, ensuring proper use of bicycles, and keeping the training room clean and organized. To succeed as a spinning instructor, you must be able to motivate all participants, regardless of their fitness level. An exceptional spinning instructor will support our business interests by encouraging participants to attend other classes. **Spinning Instructor Responsibilities:** * Develop fun and creative lesson plans appropriate for students of all fitness levels. * Create and maintain a playlist with suitable music for each class. * Lead classes using demonstrations and verbal instruction. * Ensure participants use equipment safely and correctly. * Suggest customized exercises for individuals with physical limitations or injuries. * Monitor attendance in all classes. * Ensure participants pay all applicable fees before attending classes. * Organize themed spinning classes to attract customers and maintain their interest. * Maintain a clean and safe training area. * Ensure the microphone, sound system, and stationary bikes are always in excellent condition. **Spinning Instructor Requirements:** * Diploma in sports or equivalent. * Proven experience as a spinning instructor. * Ability to give clear and concise verbal instructions. * Excellent record-keeping skills. * Strong ability to teach classes tailored to all fitness levels. * Dynamic and friendly personality. * Ability to motivate and challenge people to achieve their fitness goals. * Excellent physical condition.
