Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor for a cafeteria, responsible for managing daily operations, staff, and ensuring food hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Manage daily operations, staff, and quality control. 2. Supervise compliance with hygiene and safety standards. 3. Leadership, organization, and service orientation. A food concessionaire is looking for a "QUALITY SUPERVISOR" to oversee the cafeteria, with availability for travel and experience in food service management and staff supervision. WORK SCHEDULE: **14x7** LOCATIONS: **AREQUIPA (LA JOYA) \- (MATARANI)** Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and supervise daily cafeteria operations. * Manage operational staff functions and quality control at the site. * Supervise compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate staff and manage work schedules. * Address user suggestions and complaints in the cafeteria to improve service. * Prepare weekly reports. Requirements: * Education in Administration, Nutrition, Food Industries, or related fields. * Must reside in Arequipa (**mandatory**) * Minimum 1 year of experience in managing industrial, school, or institutional cafeterias. * Knowledge of sanitary regulations and food safety standards. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in management software tools. * Teamwork ability and service orientation.
