Position Summary: You will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of HSEQ management systems, occupational and environmental agent monitoring, and staff training. At CORPORATION QHSE PERU S.A.C., you will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems. Monitoring of occupational and environmental agents. You will participate in hazard identification and risk assessment, and collaborate in developing IPERC matrices, HSEQ procedures, and instructions. You will also assist in coordinating staff training and awareness activities, and maintain up-to-date HSEQ documentation. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement: the role is primarily based in La Joya (Arequipa), but part of the work may be performed remotely as required by operational needs. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in HSEQ Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or equivalent standards) and occupational hygiene. Health and safety competencies: experience or practical exposure in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Safety Training. Occupational health and integrated management competencies: knowledge of Occupational Health and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to prepare clear, structured technical reports. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
