On behalf of our client in the Agricultural Sector, we are seeking an Operations Supervisor. Requirements: University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Warehouse Management. Training in safe operation of forklifts or warehouse equipment (desirable). Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Inventory management experience and knowledge of logistics processes oriented toward indicator implementation. Knowledge of safe material handling, preferably chemicals or fertilizers. ERP proficiency (mandatory). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Basic-level Power BI proficiency. Possession of A2B driver’s license (desirable). Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise scheduling of warehouse operations (receiving, dispatching, bagging, blending, and transfer), ensuring availability of resources, space, and equipment for proper execution. Timely reporting of scheduling to PCO. Supervise execution of receiving, storage, transformation (blending and bagging), and dispatching operations, ensuring adherence to the operational plan. Supervise and control entry, servicing, and exit of transport units at the warehouse, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Supervise and validate scheduled physical inventories and ensure correct product traceability through stock reviews, tags, and operational documentation. Supervise storage conditions and product quality, coordinating inspections, sampling, and identification of aged products.
