Job Summary: Perform maintenance on ceramic, porcelain, and laminated claddings, as well as supporting structures, while mastering painting techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of claddings and structures. 2. Proficiency in various painting techniques. 3. Experience in assembly, disassembly, and partitioning. Carry out maintenance of ceramic, porcelain, and laminated claddings, as well as surfaces of their supporting structures (floors, walls, ceilings), including assembly and disassembly activities, drywall partitioning, and suspended ceiling systems; must be proficient in painting techniques using equipment, brushes, or rollers, as well as surface preparation techniques for all types of surfaces: concrete, wood, metal.
