**Key Information:**
Team: Reliability, Engineering and Maintenance
Location: Lima, Peru
Experience Level: 3 to 5 years
Work Type: On-site
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Closely manage engineering activities across different project development stages, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, and contractual milestones defined in the schedule; communicate and implement solutions for any deviations.
* Ensure work within your area of expertise follows the established planning procedure, participating in the development of the Preventive Maintenance Program and failure analysis reports.
* Coordinate, supervise, and ensure work within your area of expertise complies with quality, safety, and environmental protection standards.
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Specialty, optimizing the costs of performed work.
* Manage assigned maintenance contracts, from their definition through quality, timeline, and cost control.
* Place orders for spare parts, tools, and supplies in coordination with the Warehouse or the Procurement and Contracting Department.
* Conduct facility inspections to detect failures and recommend appropriate repairs.
* Manage engagement of external companies for repair of certain specialized equipment.

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:**
* Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
* Experience in similar roles within hydrocarbons or energy sectors.
* Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation.
* Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret equipment and instrument technical drawings and documentation.
* Ability to identify maintenance costs and interpret maintenance management indicators.
