As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full 360° project management of refurbishment, modernization, and spare parts supply projects for Raptor XL1100 cone crushers and apron feeders, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities* End\-to\-end project management across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure. * Lead the multidisciplinary project team in accordance with the project organizational structure. * Ensure compliance with contractual scope, deliverables, and defined success criteria. * Monitor schedules, S\-curves, critical milestones, and deviations. * Budget control, including forecasting, cost management, and reporting. * Coordinate with Planning, Quality, HSE, Procurement, Technical Execution, and Document Control. * Ensure resource availability and manage assigned talent. * Maintain continuous interaction with mining customers and key stakeholders. * Regularly report project progress to direct management. Requirements* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field. * Master’s degree in Project Management (desirable). * Knowledge of maintenance and reliability management. * At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, preferably in large\-scale projects. * Experience managing major shutdowns and overhauls related to FLS equipment. * Advanced knowledge of crushing processes and apron feeders. * Knowledge of TPM, RCM, RCA, and criticality analysis. * KPI management: MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog, OPEX. * Ability to read engineering drawings, provide technical supervision, and ensure quality control.
