**MACHINERY TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (For desilting project \- Tambo Valley)** We are looking for a **MACHINERY TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR** to join the METAMSUR S.A.C. team located in DEAN VALDIVIA district, ISLAY. The ideal candidate must have experience in similar positions or in supervising yellow line machinery. **Responsibilities** * Verify the correct use and operation of machines. * Coordinate daily tasks related to machinery work. * Ensure desilting activities (cleaning and sediment removal) are carried out according to project milestones and technical specifications. * Develop and execute work schedules to meet established deadlines. * Coordinate with the field supervisor and/or immediate superior to define work fronts and priorities. * Establish access routes and disposal paths for materials removed from channels. * Verify that machines are in good condition before starting operations (daily checks of oil, hydraulics, brakes, fuel, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (use of PPE, signage, safe distances, etc.). * Supervise to prevent fuel or oil spills in sensitive areas. * Verify that material removal does not cause negative environmental impacts. * Maintain daily records of machine operating hours. * Prepare reports and progress updates on physical construction work. * Record incidents, accidents, or delays. * Maintain daily machinery inspection checklists. **Requirements** * Technician or bachelor's degree in heavy or yellow line machinery. * Experience in road or irrigation channel projects (minimum 1 year). * Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills. * Ability to work in a team. * Intermediate computer skills. * Good coordination and assertive communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to travel and reside in Islay\-Dean Valdivia. **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Payroll inclusion from the first day of work. * 100% covered lunch. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 m. * Positive work environment.
