Servicios Industriales de la Marina S.A. (SIMA\-PERU) is Peru's primary shipyard, responsible for the maintenance, modernization, and construction of vessels for the Peruvian Navy, as well as executing shipbuilding and metal-mechanical industry projects for domestic and international public and private sectors, adhering to the most stringent quality standards to support national defense and socio\-economic and technological development. Currently, we are engaged in new projects, with HYUNDAI as our principal collaborator. We are currently seeking a **Programming, Control, and Monitoring Analyst**: **REQUIREMENTS**: **Academic Qualification:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or related fields **Experience:** * *General*: Minimum four (04\) years in companies or state entities. * *Specific*: Two (02\) years in positions with similar responsibilities and characteristics. **Essential Knowledge:** * Indicator management. * Planning, programming, and control in production management. * Microsoft Project. * Basic English. * Office software \- Intermediate level * Integrated Management System (Desirable) **Additional Competencies:** * Commitment * Goal-oriented mindset * Teamwork **IMPORTANT**: Availability to work on-site in Chimbote.
