Monitor maintenance plans and improvements across various plants, following work instructions and specifications according to production program requirements, adhering to safety, quality and environmental standards.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * **Fill flammable and non-flammable gas cylinders according to schedule.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Plan, enter, and reconcile production data in the Management System (SAP).** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Carry out cylinder filling process activities according to the company's standardized procedures.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Develop and coordinate execution of programs for replenishing supplies and raw materials required for the production process.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Responsible for cylinder maintenance (valve accessory replacement), preventive controls at the filling plant.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Safety, Quality, Environment and Occupational Health: Perform activities in accordance with Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health standards defined in the Integrated Management System (SHEQ) ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and GMP, as applicable.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Comply with the inventory program for full and empty compressed gas cylinders and raw materials.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Coordinate the Quality Control analysis of the produced batch, communicating with the quality control department to carry out sampling of the produced batch.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Monitor compliance with tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance plans for packaging plants.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Separate and deliver containers to maintenance.** ---------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * **Education:** **Technical or University studies in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Electromechanical Engineering.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Experience:** **Minimum 1 year in production processes.** ---------------------------------------------------------- * **Experience in cargo handling and loading/unloading of fleets.** ------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Possession of Class A1 driver's license (mandatory requirement).** -------------------------------------------------- * **Intermediate level Office skills desirable.** ------------------------------------------------- * **SAP system experience (PM module) desirable.** --------------------------------------- * **Desirable knowledge in production management.** --------------------------------------------------------------- *“At Air Products, we do not discriminate against individuals with special abilities.
