We are seeking a professional in Information Systems Engineering with solid experience in technical support, software development and deployment, server administration, information security, and technological infrastructure supervision. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree and/or graduate in Systems Engineering. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or in similar positions. Proven experience in: \- Second- and third-level technical support. \- Server administration (Windows and Linux). \- Software development and deployment. \- Network configuration (LAN, VLAN, WAN). \- Management and maintenance of computer hardware. \- Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MariaDB). \- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate Help Desk support services. **Technical Knowledge:** \- Google Workspace (expert level) \- Active Directory \- PHP / Java \- MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB \- Linux systems \- Autodesk Suite \- LAN / VLAN / WAN networks \- Help Desk administration \- ISO 27001 **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and ensure the operationality and availability of the IT infrastructure. \- Design, develop, and maintain the institutional website, ensuring its functionality and periodic updates. \- Manage the proper functioning, updating, and continuous improvement of the SISTELAR system. \- Coordinate and execute second- and third-level technical support tasks. \- Administer users, access rights, and technological resources (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.). \- Maintain organized, up-to-date, and secure databases. \- Manage incidents, requests, and system changes. \- Coordinate with technology vendors and different organizational departments. \- Ensure the proper functioning of hardware, networks, and critical systems. \- Support development teams in software deployment and maintenance.
