




Position Summary: We are seeking an International Operations Assistant to support the receipt, packaging, documentary verification, customs procedures, and inventory management for imports and exports. We are currently experiencing continuous growth and seeking a professional for the position of **International Operations Assistant for our Peru branch**, who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school or technical degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum experience in the position: 6 months or more. * Basic Excel proficiency preferred. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the receipt, packaging, conditioning, documentary verification, and preparation for shipment of biological samples. * Support document collection operations, cargo pickups and deliveries, in-person customs inquiries, various import procedures at Customs Warehouses, and other entities involved in the import and export process. * Enter and maintain updated information in client systems, as well as RED’s SAP system for each import and export service within the area. * Support coordination of deliveries and pickups for import and export services, and maintain tracking and control with the Distribution department. * Support inventory management of RED materials for biological shipments and for the various import and export services within the area; ensure appropriate stock levels and timely material requests for the branch. * Maintain company quality standards and policies in operational processes conducted at the airport and at Customs Warehouse facilities. * Properly implement company policies and procedures when representing the company with suppliers and clients during airport operational activities and at Customs Warehouse facilities. * Participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Internal OHS Regulations. * Complete and maintain area records in accordance with established procedures for each service and client, aligned with quality standards and good documentation practices. **Skills:** * Proactivity and initiative * Commitment * Effective communication skills at all levels * Teamwork * Flexibility to work rotating shifts * Adaptability to change **Benefits:** * Labor benefits in accordance with Peruvian law from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
