We are looking for a Modeling Assistant to provide support in the manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and repair of models used in the casting process. This position is aimed at individuals with an aptitude for manual work, interest in learning the craft of modeling, and commitment to order, quality, and plant safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the manufacturing, maintenance, repairs, and painting of wooden models used in casting processes. * Prepare wooden parts according to instructions from the lead modeler. * Safely operate hand and power woodworking tools. * Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness in the modeling area and model storage. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and mandatory use of PPE. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. Requirements * Completed secondary education (technical studies in modeling or cabinetmaking preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a modeling assistant (preferred). * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. * Ability to perform manual and precision work. * Availability to work on-site in Comas. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions. * Attention to detail. * Orderliness and cleanliness. * Teamwork. * Punctuality.
