




Job Summary: Administrative support professional responsible for document management, coordination of HR processes, and handling employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of employee onboarding and offboarding 2. Coordination of examinations and handling of employee inquiries 3. Control and tracking of administrative procedures and documents DOCUMENT ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: - Technical or university graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. - Intermediate Excel skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage employee onboarding through the web platform. - Coordinate various examinations for employment entry. - Handle inquiries regarding personnel management. - Conduct periodic field visits to address administrative matters. - Channel employee requests to the respective department heads. - Manage and execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Oversee personnel administration activities. - Monitor and track administrative procedures. - Control and track documents. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
