Operate SCADA systems and control centers **WORK IN THE ENERGY SECTOR!** Apply and join **San Gabán Electric Generation Company S.A.** We are currently searching for top talent to fill the following position: **CONTROL CENTER OPERATOR** *Essential Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree and professional title in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. * Registered and licensed professional. * Courses and/or specializations: Power electrical systems or electricity market regulation. * Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities, or at least 4.5 years performing functions related to this area. * Technical knowledge required for the position*: Real-time coordination with COES, or knowledge of electrical regulations, or SCADA system operation, or control center operation, or reporting to COES. * To be verified during the selection process *Desirable Requirements:* * Master's degree in Power Electrical Systems or Master's degree in Electricity Market Regulation * Office software (Word, Excel): Intermediate level * English language: Intermediate level *Working Conditions and Benefits:* * Work location: Villa de Residentes – San Gabán Highway No. 290, Villa Residentes, Puno – Carabaya * Work schedule: 12 days on / 9 days off * Gross monthly salary: S/ 5,100 soles * Statutory benefits (vacation, bonuses, CTS) * Family medical assistance plan. * Participation in company profits. * Camp services included: Food, accommodation, and laundry.
