Position Summary: Plans and schedules HVAC system maintenance, coordinating resources, managing work orders, and monitoring KPIs to ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in planning and control of HVAC maintenance. 2. Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP PM, Maximo, Fracttal). 3. Strong organizational, analytical, and activity tracking skills. HVAC Planner Responsibilities: * Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems. * Develop weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules. * Coordinate availability of technical personnel, tools, equipment, and materials for service execution. * Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely closure. * Monitor adherence to maintenance plans and established service levels. * Coordinate procurement of spare parts and materials required for scheduled jobs. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, records, and equipment history. * Prepare management reports, progress updates, KPIs, and service valuations. * Monitor maintenance KPIs such as schedule compliance, equipment availability, and reliability. * Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and involved departments to ensure operational continuity. * Identify opportunities for improvement in HVAC maintenance and operation processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree, professional title, or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Planner, Scheduler, or Maintenance Coordinator. * Knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF/VRV, fan coil units, air handling units (AHUs), rooftop units, and ventilation systems. * Experience with maintenance management software (SAP PM, Maximo, Fracttal, or similar). * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of maintenance planning and control principles. * Experience preparing management reports and KPIs. * Strong organizational, analytical, and activity tracking skills. * Familiarity with occupational safety and health standards. * Willingness to work on projects, industrial plants, or mining units (as required).
