




MISSION Develop and manage schedules and budgets for port infrastructure projects, identifying potential time deviations and cost overruns across various services and construction activities. Review payment valuations to suppliers, contractors, and consultants related to the construction sector. Supervise construction progress to update execution percentages and financial disbursements. FUNCTIONS Analyze, evaluate, and prepare investment valuations/budgets for port infrastructure projects. Supervise budgets for designs and construction of existing port infrastructure as well as new opportunities. Supervise schedules for designs and construction of existing port infrastructure as well as new opportunities. Review construction progress reports, safety reports, and valuations achieved by contractors during construction execution. Prepare project settlements with organizations such as OSITRAN and APN upon completion of construction works. At TISUR, we don’t just move cargo—we move the future! Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Knowledge in Cost Engineering (desirable). English (Intermediate level). Proficiency in CAD software, Cost Analysis and Budgeting, MS Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI (desirable).
