




**Requirements:** \- Completed or incomplete studies in Gastronomy and/or culinary arts and/or related fields. \- Minimum of 6 months or more experience in similar positions. \- Experience in preparing cold and hot dishes. \- Immediate availability to work \- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week. **Job Objective:** \- Process and prepare food or ingredients required by departments or customers, complying with hygiene and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in planning ingredient requirements for the warehouse department. \- Carry out tasks assigned by the area supervisor according to established recipes (portion sizes, textures, flavors, colors). \- Prepare food for storage \- Portion and package food for storage or further processing. \- Prepare Mise En Place according to the requirements or instructions of the area supervisor. \- Verify the good condition of ingredients used in dish preparation. \- Supervise kitchen assistants' activities regarding production, preparation, portioning, among others. \- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. **Benefits:** \- Competitive market salary \- Formal employment with all legal benefits \- Pleasant work environment Type of position: Full-time Work location: Onsite
