Scan each received package. Verify that package codes match the received container. Register received packages in the designated system and/or format. Validate physical quantities versus available documentation (PL, list, etc.). Immediately report any inconsistencies, shortages, or visible damage. Ensure goods remain properly identified. Support the Supervisor in inventory reconciliations. Do not relocate items without explicit instruction. Verify the dispatch instruction issued by the customer. Scan and register packages for dispatch. Confirm that dispatched packages correspond to the received authorization. Update inventory after dispatch. Assist in preparing requested outbound information. And other duties. ### **Applicant's profile** REQUIREMENTS 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control or goods receipt. Experience using a barcode scanner. Desirable experience in projects or warehouses.
