Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to manage leads, schedule appointments, apply sales techniques, and keep customer information up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and review leads in CRM SPERANT 2. Make calls and schedule appointments with potential customers 3. Organize and conduct appointments applying sales techniques We are Alferza Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria, an Arequipa-based real estate development company dedicated to creating inspiring and enduring spaces by developing multifamily housing projects to contribute to the development of our city and country; we are looking for talents like you for the position of: **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Academic Background: Technical, university, or incomplete studies in Administration, Business Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Education, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a sales advisor or in customer service. Experience in the real estate sector or automobile sales is a plus! * Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Saturday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and review daily assigned leads in our CRM SPERANT. * Make calls following our protocols to schedule appointments with potential customers. * Organize and conduct appointments applying our sales techniques. * Keep prospect and customer information updated in CRM SPERANT. * Complete the full sales process. * Update daily reports on calls made, scheduled appointments, and visits conducted. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * Health insurance (EPS) Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
