Manage and optimize forecasting models for controlling strategic projects. Identify and report early warnings in profitability and operational KPIs for each initiative. Conduct impact and profitability analyses for new improvement projects. Lead the execution and monitoring of automation and efficiency projects. Prepare and present critical results in business leadership committees. What qualifications do you need? Students in their 8th or 9th semester of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory). Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. Knowledge of numerical analysis and data handling. Analytical thinking and ability to propose improvements. Assertive communication, proactivity, and adaptability. Prior participation in process optimization projects (Desirable). Prior experience in identifying and reporting KPIs (Desirable).
