Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator for a growing restaurant chain, responsible for standardizing processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction. The primary objective will be to diagnose and standardize processes (SOPs), optimize operational capacity, and ensure the continuity of daily operations. Ensure that the company’s processes, products, and services comply with established quality standards, promote continuous improvement, and guarantee satisfaction of both internal and external customers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, process control, or similar areas. * Knowledge of quality regulations (ISO, BPM, HACCP, or related). * Proficiency in management indicators and report generation. * Competencies in leadership, organization, and effective communication. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and quality management tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and supervise compliance with the company’s quality management system. * Monitor operational processes to ensure adherence to established standards. * Define and implement quality indicators, conducting periodic follow-up and reporting. * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring identification and documentation of observations. * Propose and implement continuous improvement plans for processes and services. * Train and raise awareness among staff regarding best practices and quality standards. * Supervise proper handling of non-conformities and corrective actions. * Maintain communication with various departments to ensure standardization and policy compliance. ***Terms and Benefits*** * Fixed monthly salary: S/ 1,400 * Opportunity for professional development and growth within the organization. * Meals provided. **Application:** Send updated CV to: **recursos.vikingos@gmail.com** or contact via WhatsApp at: 913\-014\-454 / 905\-466\-405 Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have availability to travel? * Please indicate your salary expectations.
