What are we looking for? Our Cafeteria Assistant is responsible for staff dining room service, during the preparation, service and post-service phases, following instructions from their supervisor and adhering to the organization's sanitary quality standards. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? * Request the designated food items for breakfast distribution in the dining room early in the morning. * Wash small-sized used tableware (glasses, small plates, etc.) in the dining room using standard procedures; during lunch and dinner service times, send large tableware to the washing area. * Fill meal carts with the day's menu in the kitchen and transport them to the dining room, placing them on trays for distribution and serving staff. What are we looking for in you? * Incomplete or completed studies in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or mise en place. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles.
