




This role is focused on leading the company’s accounting, financial, and administrative processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, transparency of information, and compliance with legal obligations. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, implementing improvements, and supporting managerial decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the preparation of financial statements, accounting reports, and cash flow analysis. * Coordinate budget planning and control of operational expenses. * Manage administrative, logistical, and contractual processes. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory obligations. * Lead internal and external audits, as well as continuous improvement initiatives. * Present financial reports to senior management and propose optimization strategies. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Accounting; professional registration required. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within service-oriented companies and/or rental businesses. * Knowledge of financial management, tax regulations, internal controls, and planning tools. * Leadership, organizational, analytical, and effective communication skills. * Proficiency in digital tools (ERP systems, advanced Excel, accounting software).
