Responsibilities * Support daily production operations supervision. * Coordinate staff distribution across different work areas. * Verify compliance with the production schedule. * Monitor and record production, attendance, and incident indicators. * Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and food safety regulations. * Prepare daily reports and provide support to the Plant Manager. * Perform other duties related to the position. Requirements * Graduate or final-cycle student in **Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Administration**, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in production plants (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to work in **Arequipa**.
