We are looking for a **Marketing Assistant** with a creative spirit, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for teamwork. Your main responsibility will be to **support the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing strategies and actions**, contributing fresh ideas and helping the department grow. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student in **Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication**, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects**, or similar. * Knowledge of **Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and Google Ads (optional)**. * A **creative, innovative person with strong assertive communication skills**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience managing digital content. * Comfort and presence on camera for video production. * **Availability to work 100% onsite.** * **Preferred age range:** 20 to 25 years (non-exclusive). **Desirable:** * Experience in the **hardware or traditional retail channel**. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **planning and execution of digital campaigns** (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). * Create **graphic assets** for social media. * Participate in the **creation and production of original and creative videos**. * Support **audiovisual pre-production and post-production**. * Research **digital trends** and propose new marketing initiatives. * Write **blogs, articles, and content** for websites and social media. * Assist in **events and brand activations** to strengthen market presence. * Collaborate with the **marketing team** and other departments to achieve objectives. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **We are looking for someone with:** A desire to learn, suggest, and innovate.
