Job Summary: We are seeking a Crusher Operator to operate and maintain crushing equipment, ensuring continuity and efficiency of the mining process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor primary and secondary crushing equipment 2. Perform adjustments and maintenance to maximize performance 3. Supervise equipment performance to identify failures On behalf of our client, a leading company in the mining sector, we are looking for a **Crusher Operator**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate primary and secondary crushing equipment as well as associated auxiliary systems, ensuring process continuity through preventive activities and constant monitoring of equipment performance. * Perform regulations, adjustments, and maintenance tasks on crushers to ensure proper operation and maximize operational performance. * Hand over equipment to the next shift crew in optimal operating condition, promptly communicating any incidents, observations, or anomalies occurring during the shift. * Continuously supervise equipment behavior and performance to detect potential failures or process deviations at an early stage. * Ensure compliance with established operational parameters, such as feed load, lubrication levels, material particle size distribution, and other process variables. * Periodically inspect critical equipment components and promptly identify required spare parts—such as liners, grinding elements, pulleys, and other wear parts—to schedule replacements. * Maintain continuous surveillance of the crushing circuit during operation, preventing mineral spills and situations that may pose risks to personnel or the process. * Evaluate mineral conditions and characteristics—including moisture content, hardness, and other variables—to prevent blockages or interruptions in the secondary crusher. * Record and track operational indicators and process parameters to ensure efficiency and continuity of crushing operations. * Strictly comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards established by SSOMA. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields. * Minimum six months of experience performing similar duties. * Basic knowledge of plant equipment operation, mechanical maintenance, and mineral processing (desirable). **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Meals and accommodation provided by the company. * 80% coverage of EPS (Health Insurance).
