Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker to develop and implement welfare plans, promote integration, and ensure sanitation in mining camps. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and implementation of the Annual Social Welfare Plan. 2. Promotion of integration and sanitation in the camp. 3. Monitoring of welfare and management of medical care. We are a company specialized in providing services to the mining sector, and we are currently seeking a SOCIAL WORKER with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Social Work professional. * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the mining sector. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule at a camp in the Province of Condesuyo, Arequipa. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement the Annual Social Welfare Plan. * Conduct sports, recreational, and social activities to foster worker integration. * Promote activities ensuring camp sanitation, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and dining areas; conduct unannounced inspections to identify improvement opportunities for implementation. * Monitor and visit various mine dining facilities to identify improvement opportunities. * Monitor medical leaves and subsidies, and provide ongoing support to workers. * Coordinate with ESSALUD and other healthcare centers for workers’ medical care. * Prepare activity reports and area performance indicators. *“In our organization, we are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition.” Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have in the mining sector? * What is your availability to start working at a mining camp in Arequipa? * Please indicate your salary expectations. * How many years of experience do you have as a Social Worker?
