WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Job Summary: Responsible for the physical, systemic, and documentary management and control of warehouses and magazines, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Manages resources efficiently for the sale and production of explosives. 2. Keeps stock and inventory control up to date. 3. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Objective: To maintain physical, systemic, and documentary control of warehouses and magazines for inputs, raw materials, supplies, finished products, explosives, accessories, blasting agents, etc., in accordance with internal and external regulations and current legislation. Responsibilities: * Register in the system product entries, exits, returns, weights, and other data related to products for sale and explosive production. * Maintain the document registration system up to date. * Manage company resources efficiently for sale and production. * Prepare monthly magazine reports and submit them to requesting authorities. * Prepare inventory, stock, inventory reliability, production planning, purchasing planning, dispatch, non-conforming products, and other reports. * Carry out operational dispatches according to the purchase order notice. * Manage the warehouse so that capacity, order, and product location are properly distributed and comply with current regulations. * Conduct physical and systemic stock control through monthly, general, and/or selective inventories. * Supervise and verify that products are in good condition. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies and standards. * Maintain warehouses and/or magazines in proper safety conditions. * Work in accordance with the company’s safety standards and internal procedures. Requirements: * 1 year of experience in logistics areas and/or in this position. * Bachelor's degree and/or technical degree in administration, warehouse management, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Stock/inventory control. * Advanced Excel skills. * Safety and environmental awareness. * Customer and results orientation. * Must reside in La Joya, Arequipa
