RESIDENT ENGINEER FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer, a licensed and registered Civil Engineer, for construction, improvement, and maintenance projects of road infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Main technical responsible for construction execution 2. Ensures compliance with the technical file and regulations 3. Leadership, organization, and technical control A **Resident Engineer (100% full-time commitment)** is required for the execution of projects within the **specialty: Roadways, Ports, and Related Fields**, specifically in the **sub-specialty: Urban Roads**, covering construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and/or maintenance of road infrastructure. Projects include typologies such as **expressways, arterial roads, collector roads, and local streets; pavements, sidewalks, bike lanes, pedestrian and vehicular urban bridges, pedestrian crossings, rural roads, access roads, land terminals, and related works**. The Resident Engineer shall serve as the main technical responsible for the proper execution of the project, ensuring compliance with the technical file, current regulations, and contractual provisions. Requirements * **Civil Engineer**, duly **licensed and registered**. * **Minimum of thirty-six (36) months** of experience as a **Resident Engineer and/or Supervision Manager and/or Inspector and/or Supervision Manager and/or Principal Resident Engineer and/or Resident Director and/or Resident Manager and/or Principal Resident Manager**, in projects within their specialty, calculated from the date of registration. * Experience in projects falling under the **specialty: Roadways, Ports, and Related Fields**, sub-specialty **Urban Roads**, including the aforementioned typologies. * **Availability for exclusive (100%) dedication** during project execution. * Leadership, organizational, technical control, and technical reporting capabilities. * A Master’s degree is preferred.
